Exciting Opportunities to Support Our Veterans, Youth, and Community!

American Legion Post 28 is proud to announce several upcoming programs and initiatives dedicated to making a positive impact in our community. As we prepare to launch these important efforts, we are seeking sponsorship support from local businesses, organizations, corporate partners, and individual donors.

**Veteran Resource Center: **

Our new center will provide a welcoming space where Veterans can access:

✔️ Job Search Resources

✔️ Certified Service Officer Assistance

✔️ Veteran Benefit Education

✔️ Veteran Healthcare Information

✔️ Burial Benefits Guidance

✔️ Survivor Benefit Support

✔️ And many more opportunities to come

** Supporting Our Youth: American Legion Baseball **

We are raising funds to purchase baseballs for four American Legion Baseball teams, with a cost of $2,500 to cover one season of baseballs. Your support can help ensure these programs continue to inspire and nurture our young athletes.

** Community Support & Holiday Assistance: **

During the holidays, we support families by providing children with Christmas presents and holiday meals to those in need, helping to share the spirit of giving.

** Annual Car Show: **

We also host an annual car show at Harley-Davidson Little Rock, called "Rock City Harley-Davidson." It’s a fantastic event that brings the community together and supports our programs.

** Partnering with Our Host Church: **

We are assisting our host church in raising funds to help cover some of their essential expenses, ensuring they can keep their doors open and continue their mission and community efforts.

** Arkansas Boys State Delegates for Junior High School Leaders: **

We are raising funds to directly support as many local high school juniors as possible in attending Arkansas Boys State. It costs $250 to send a talented young individual and future community leader through this week-long program.
